Terms of Service

Terms for Wazabi Website & MCP

These terms are written for a non-custodial, token-launch infrastructure product. They allocate compliance, market, and launch risk to users while preserving Wazabi's ability to suspend, refuse, or investigate risky activity.

Last updated March 12, 2026

Software, not custody

Wazabi provides software, tooling, and connectivity. Users control their own wallets, sign their own transactions, and remain solely responsible for what they launch, publish, buy, sell, or promote.

High-risk activity

Token creation, liquidity deployment, pump.fun launches, DEX trading, and public metadata publication carry legal, market, operational, and smart-contract risk. Use Wazabi only if you understand and accept those risks.

Strong risk allocation

These Terms prohibit unlawful launches, shift compliance obligations to the user, disclaim advice and warranties, and require users to indemnify Wazabi for claims tied to their project, token, content, or conduct.

1. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Wazabi.ai, the Wazabi dashboard, the Wazabi MCP endpoint, related APIs and tooling, and any token-launch, metadata, analytics, or support workflows we provide. By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you use Wazabi on behalf of a company, fund, DAO, project, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity and that both you and the entity accept these Terms.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement and must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
  • You may not use Wazabi if you are subject to sanctions, export controls, or legal restrictions that prohibit your use of the service or participation in relevant blockchain activity.
  • You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of Wazabi, any token you launch, and any related offering, distribution, or marketing complies with all laws that apply to you, your project, and the jurisdictions in which you operate or target users.

3. What Wazabi provides

Wazabi provides developer tooling and workflow infrastructure. Depending on the chain and product flow, Wazabi may help you prepare transaction bundles, quote fees, upload metadata, update launch links, route a Solana launch to pump.fun, or facilitate EVM launch workflows that involve liquidity and trading infrastructure.

Wazabi is not a broker, dealer, exchange, ATS, investment adviser, money transmitter, custodian, fiduciary, or law firm, and does not provide legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice.

4. Your responsibilities

  • You are responsible for all token names, symbols, logos, metadata, content, links, statements, and project materials you submit, publish, or cause to be published using Wazabi.
  • You represent that you own or have all rights needed for the content and assets you use with Wazabi and that your use does not infringe any intellectual-property, publicity, privacy, contractual, or other rights.
  • You are responsible for wallet security, seed phrases, credentials, transaction review, gas or network fees, taxes, reporting, disclosures, and compliance with securities, consumer-protection, sanctions, AML, anti-fraud, gambling, and marketing laws.
  • You are responsible for reviewing every transaction, signature request, and launch parameter before signing or approving it. Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible.

5. Token-launch and trading risk disclosures

  • Launching or trading tokens is highly risky and may result in total loss, illiquidity, volatility, price manipulation, MEV, front-running, slippage, hacks, smart-contract failures, or regulatory consequences.
  • A token launch, liquidity event, pump.fun listing, DEX listing, wallet integration, or market activity does not imply legitimacy, value, legality, compliance, or future performance.
  • Wazabi does not guarantee launch success, chain availability, liquidity depth, listing continuity, market access, uptime, discoverability, or profitability.
  • You acknowledge that others may view, copy, fork, trade against, criticize, or exploit public token information or public blockchain activity associated with your project.

6. Prohibited uses

  • Using Wazabi for unlawful, deceptive, manipulative, fraudulent, abusive, or infringing conduct, including wash trading, spoofing, market manipulation, impersonation, scams, or misleading token promotions.
  • Launching or facilitating tokens, assets, or campaigns that violate sanctions, securities laws, consumer laws, anti-money laundering rules, gambling restrictions, or other applicable law.
  • Uploading malware, malicious code, harmful metadata, illegal content, or content designed to interfere with users, wallets, chains, third-party providers, or Wazabi infrastructure.
  • Attempting to probe, bypass, overload, reverse engineer, interfere with, or gain unauthorized access to Wazabi systems, rate limits, security features, or third-party integrations.

7. Third-party services and public infrastructure

Wazabi depends on third-party wallets, MCP clients, chain RPC providers, public blockchains, market infrastructure, pump.fun, DEXs, public storage systems, analytics providers, email providers, and other services that we do not control. Their unavailability, failure, content, fees, policies, or actions are outside Wazabi's responsibility.

Your use of third-party services is governed by the terms and privacy policies of those third parties, and Wazabi is not liable for third-party acts, omissions, outages, losses, or content.

8. Fees, taxes, and no refunds

You are responsible for all fees, gas, taxes, third-party charges, routing costs, and network costs associated with your use of Wazabi. Unless Wazabi expressly agrees otherwise in writing, fees are non-refundable once the requested workflow has begun or the relevant onchain or third-party action has been initiated.

9. Wazabi intellectual property and feedback

Wazabi and its licensors own the service, software, designs, branding, documentation, and all related intellectual property rights, excluding user-provided content. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service.

If you provide suggestions, bug reports, ideas, or feedback, you grant Wazabi a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free right to use them without restriction or compensation.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend, limit, or terminate access to Wazabi at any time, with or without notice, if we believe doing so is necessary to protect the service, users, third parties, or the public, or to address compliance, legal, security, or operational risk. We may remove or refuse content, decline requests, or block specific launches at our discretion.

11. Disclaimers

The service is provided on an AS IS and AS AVAILABLE basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wazabi disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and quiet enjoyment.

Wazabi does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, compatible with any wallet or chain, or that launches, metadata, routes, or third-party integrations will behave as expected.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wazabi and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or similar damages, or for any loss of profits, trading losses, token value loss, reputation, data, opportunity, goodwill, or business interruption arising out of or related to the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wazabi's total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the greater of one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100) or the amount you paid directly to Wazabi for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the three months before the event giving rise to liability.

13. Indemnification

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Wazabi and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, costs, investigations, fines, penalties, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to your content, your token, your project, your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.

14. Governing law and disputes

Before filing a claim, you agree to contact Wazabi and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction where the applicable Wazabi contracting entity is established, unless applicable law requires otherwise. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you waive any right to participate in a class action or representative proceeding against Wazabi.

15. Changes to the service or terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time by posting revised terms on the site. Your continued use of Wazabi after revised terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
