Privacy for Wazabi Website & MCP
A practical privacy policy for Wazabi.ai, the dashboard, and the Wazabi MCP server used for token launches, launch support, and related onchain workflows.
Privacy first
Wazabi is designed to be non-custodial. We do not hold private keys or take custody of user funds, but we do process operational data needed to run the site, MCP server, and launch workflows.
Public-chain reality
Blockchain activity, token metadata, wallet addresses, and transaction history may be permanently visible on public networks and third-party explorers. We cannot erase public onchain records.
Security and compliance
We use service providers, logs, analytics, rate limiting, and abuse controls to secure Wazabi, investigate incidents, comply with law, and protect the protocol, builders, and downstream infrastructure.
1. Scope and who this covers
This Privacy Policy explains how Wazabi.ai and the Wazabi MCP service collect, use, disclose, and retain information when you visit our website, connect to our MCP endpoint, use our dashboard, submit a contact request, or use token launch and related tools.
This policy applies to information we control. It does not govern third-party wallets, MCP clients, blockchain networks, DEXs, pump.fun, IPFS gateways, node providers, payment providers, analytics vendors, or other third-party services that may interact with Wazabi.
2. Information we collect
- Contact and communications data, such as your name, email address, company or project name, and the contents of messages you send us.
- Technical and usage data, such as IP address, device and browser details, approximate location, request metadata, referral pages, timestamps, error reports, and anti-abuse or rate-limit signals.
- Wallet and blockchain-related data, such as public wallet addresses, signature payloads, launch parameters, chain selections, token metadata, transaction hashes, and public onchain state associated with a launch or wallet interaction.
- MCP and dashboard interaction data, such as prompts, tool calls, configuration data, uploaded assets, metadata fields, link updates, and status events needed to process or troubleshoot your requested actions.
- Cookies, local storage, and similar technologies used for core site functionality, session continuity, theme preference, security, analytics, and performance measurement.
3. How we use information
- Provide, operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Wazabi website, dashboard, and MCP services.
- Process requests you initiate, including token-launch preparation, metadata handling, fee quoting, transaction bundle preparation, and launch-related support.
- Authenticate sessions, detect fraud and abuse, enforce rate limits, debug failures, monitor reliability, and investigate security incidents.
- Communicate with you about product updates, service notices, support requests, legal notices, and policy changes.
- Comply with applicable law, respond to lawful requests, protect Wazabi, users, infrastructure partners, and the public, and enforce our Terms of Service.
5. Public blockchain and token launch disclosures
If you use Wazabi to prepare or facilitate a token launch, some information you provide may become public or inferable from public blockchain activity, public token metadata, DEX liquidity events, pump.fun launches, public storage systems, or third-party explorers.
Because blockchain networks and public storage systems are decentralized, immutable, and independently operated, Wazabi cannot modify, retract, or delete public records once they are published or indexed by third parties.
6. Data retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security, prevent abuse, satisfy legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of data, operational need, and whether the data has become part of a public blockchain or public storage record.
7. Your rights and choices
- You may request access, correction, or deletion of certain personal information we control, subject to legal and operational limitations.
- You may opt out of optional marketing communications by using the unsubscribe link or contacting us directly.
- You may control cookies through browser settings, but some site functions may not work correctly if core technologies are disabled.
- If applicable law grants you additional rights, such as rights under GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA, or other privacy laws, we will process requests in accordance with those laws.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical, administrative, and organizational safeguards to protect information, including access controls, transport protections, logging, rate limiting, session integrity controls, and incident response processes. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. International transfers
Wazabi and its service providers may process information in multiple jurisdictions. By using the service, you understand that information may be transferred to and processed in countries that may have different data protection rules than your home jurisdiction.
10. Children
Wazabi is not directed to children, and you may not use the service if you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we may update the date at the top of the page, post notice on the website, or provide other notice as appropriate. Your continued use of Wazabi after an update becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

For privacy requests, legal notices, or service issues, contact Wazabi before escalating a dispute so the team can investigate and respond.
